Ratish Tagde is a Senior Practising Company Secretary in Mumbai. He has rich experience spanning across 30 years plus in all facets of corporate world. His expertise is Management Consulting to large corporate houses on fund raising, SEBI/BSE compliances, financial restructuring etc. Ratish is also on the Board of many listed company including a few NBFCs.    

Ratish is the Broadcaster and Founder of India’s first ever Non-film Music Satellite TV channel “Insync” which is reaching out to 45 million music lovers in India and across the world. Ratish is credited with creating India’s largest ever HD Video content raspatories in the no- film music segment. Insync is a listed company on Bombay Stock Exchange.   

Additionally, Ratish is also an eminent violinist in the Indian Classical and Fusion music space and travelled across the world for concerts. He possesses triple Masters’ qualification in Violin with Gold Medal. Ratish is also undergoing a Doctorate program from Swiss School of Business Management, Geneva on the subject of “Revenue Model for Traditional Musicians from digital Streaming – Opportunities and Challenges”. Ratish is the President of Musicians Federation of India, which is affiliated to the International Federation of Musicians, Paris and registered with UNESCO. Ratish is also credited with creating the largest ever audio video library with IP in the Classical, Sufi, Ghazals, Folk and Carnatic music space. Ratish is also the founder of India’s first TV channel named Insync which has recorded more than 700 musicians from different genres which is arguably the largest repertoire in the targeted music space.
